Resin Bond Filter Cartridges

Complete Industrial Solutions

At Industrial Parts and Components, our Resin Bonded Filter Cartridges are engineered for the most demanding industrial applications where high viscosity and high temperatures are the norm. These filters are manufactured using a unique process where extra-long acrylic and phenolic fibers are cross-locked and infused with a specialized resin. This creates a rigid, durable, and one-piece structure that can handle aggressive fluids and high pressure without the media migration or bypass common in softer depth filters.

Key Features

  • Rigid Gradient Density:Features a true "outer-to-inner" density gradient that traps larger particles on the surface and smaller particles deep within the rigid matrix, preventing premature surface blinding.
  • High Temperature & Pressure Resistance:The thermosetting resin bonding allows these cartridges to operate under high differential pressures (up to 50 PSI) and temperatures that would cause standard PP filters to soften or collapse.
  • Grooved Outer Surface:Most of our resin bonded filters are designed with a grooved exterior, which increases the effective surface area by nearly 50%, further enhancing dirt-holding capacity and flow rates.
